General Information to the parents

We believe that a school can run smoothly only if there are good cooperation, good understanding and trust among the school (staff and students) and parents. There are a lot of areas where a parent needs to cooperate the school. Some of the areas of parents concern are as follows.

1. Attend all the special functions of the school, such as sports Day, Prize Distribution Day, Cultural program, Report-Card distribution Day etc.

2. Write letters to the child if he/she is far away from you. (This includes Boarders and parents who are aboard) The school encourages the students to write/reply the letter.

3. Pay all bills before or by the 15th of each Nepali month. If delayed, a fine will be applied. Please don’t show disregards by paying late.

4. Make sure that the child has worn the school uniform prescribed by the school.

5. Come and see the Report Cards/Answer papers of the child prepared/ given by the school. (Report Cards are shown at the end of every term.)

6. In case of absence because of sickness or other reasons inform the Office/ Principal through phone or in writing.

7. Don’t send the children with expensive materials like ornament, jewellery etc. (This might create unnecessary problems) 8. Inform the school in writing in case of change in telephone number/home address
